Inspired by the art of surfing, this is designed to strengthen your core and improve your balance. This class gives you full-body strength building with cardio mixed in to get your heart rate up for an all around great workout! In this 45-minutes class you will burn anywhere from 450-800 calories! All levels welcome!
Using a floor mat and small props, this class focuses on basic Pilates principles: core strength, increased flexibility, breath control and correct alignment to improve posture. There is also a fitness component mixed in to get your heart beating! Every class is different to insure that the body is challenged in new ways, but simple choreography and clear instruction makes this class accessible to both beginners that haven’t exercised in years or people who exercise regularly.
Aromatherapy yoga is a traditional Hatha or Vinyasa Flow (your choosing) yoga class accompanied with essential oils. Each class we will introduce a new oil or work with one of your choosing for ultimate relaxation during your practice.

If you need some serious TLC, this is the yoga session for you! The emphasis is on deep relaxation and breathing techniques to restore and bring balance to the immune and nervous systems. Its great for beginners and advanced students of all ages! Every yoga student should do a restorative practice at least once a month.

"Ha" meaning sun and "tha" meaning moon are the main principles present in this form of yoga practice. All levels are welcome and encouraged to try this wonderful vinyasa flow.
